"A depressed Army reservist who made a phone call for help says dozens of police responded by surrounding his home and arresting him, vandalizing and searching his place without a warrant, seizing his dog and killing his tropical fish."

It's quiet common, If you are a danger to others or to yourself, then they'll come and get you. You'll be a Baker Act and have no rights for 72 hrs and be evaluated first at the Er for medical clearance and then by a Brainbender in the Looney Bin. I transport Baker Acts quiet often, more so after the economy took a dump.:7: Keep the toughts for yourself and it's all good!!!!!
