This is just one more opportunity for gun owners to make their voices heard. What I see is another attempt to circumvent the Right to Bear Arms by making it too burdensome to do so. Apathy by pro gun rights folks as well as the widespread disinformation as to the actual effects of gun control laws are eroding our Second Amendment.
