I would assume it's possible. I don't know why this is news worthy. There's a whole TV show on TLC called I didn't know I was pregnant

How can a person be so detached from their own body? Oh that movement I felt in my abdomen was gas? I havent had a period in months so lucky me? I guess I am getting fatter? I got to have a bowel movement...oh look it is a baby?

These people vote? Are they a jury of my peers? How could they make a show of this? How many different scenarios would there possibly be of not knowing you were pregnant?
