IMA vertical grip

Okay guys, question for you out there who might have used these. It is cut for the older 1/2 inch mount. Is there enough wood there to open it up 1/8 of an inch on both sides to fit the newer 3/4 inch mount? The guy I talked to at IMA did not know.

No there is not! I bought one from IMA few years ago, these are not real Thompson SMG grips, they are some imported knock-off. I think these were actually made for toys or something else as they seem to be about 7/8 scale and not full size. They are not wide enough to have sufficient wood and theya re not really long enough either.
