Hi Folks,
I haven't had access to the internet for about 2 weeks, but now I'm back.
Currently I'm in Spokane WA and today I was told that there will be some action on the Nato Small Arms treaty on or about 27 July. Does anyone know anything about that?

Anyone who thinks things like this just "couldn't" or "wouldn't" in this country are fools.

I also fear that half our country will happily sell our rights for "free" stuff from the gov. It's truly sad what we're turning into.

You have nothing to worry about, just ask CrabbyAzz. It's all just republican political theater. Move along. Nothing to see here.

All one has to do is look at Obama, Hillary and crews voting records on gun control. As sentor in IL, Obama voted for total bans every chance he got. We also know where Hillary stands. With every other Constitutional violation that has taken place recently, stranger things have happened.

Which party developed that mess? I guess you just forgot.

I seem to recall that Obama retained the Patriot Act. I thought he promised to rescind it by executive order? Club GITMO survives to this day, too. The things that make you want to go hmmmm. Long on promises, short on results. Water boarding, anyone?

Well look who is taking part in a political discussion, Markis82 who wanted the forum to be free from political posts. I think it's just me and other conservative types stating their points of view and concerns that he has a beef with. Same old "if you don't agree with it then censor it" attitude I see from many of those who's political views are a bit left of center. Now I see why he calls my sources questionable, they don't agree with his point of view.

Ski, you are a man of great perception. Like that guy who stayed at LaQuinta Inn, you nailed it.

I said that political posts that have no connection to shooting, guns, 2nd Amnedment, gun law, etc, should not be posted here, as per forum rules. There is a major difference between the two.

While giving the ability for 3rd world nations (members of the UN) the power to dictate gun control in our country is surly gun related I think we've stomped this one into the ground.

I got no use for the UN myself.
