Recently bought NIB K9098. Had difficulty racking slide, even after 200 otherwise flawless rounds. Dealt with Clay. He had me send it back on Tuesday. Clay called me this AM - he and Jason (head gunsmith) discovered barrel was a little out of spec, causing hang up on racking. They replaced barrel and Clay test fired another flawless 113 rounds.

It will be shipped back to me today.

You cannot ask for better customer support :):):)
