Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays,

So that I may be both politically correct, and not.

I recently bought a used PM40 with tritiums. Maybe the replacement for a G27 for carry (although I rarely actually carry it). It works OK in a fanny pack but as many know, it is a little too thick for pocket carry. I'm planning to try a pocket holster for the PM40 so suggestions are welcome.

Great site... I'll be checking in often to catch up on the latest Kahr news.

Welcome to the forum! :) There is a wealth of valuable information in the New Member Area (http://kahrtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=56) and the Kahr-Tech (http://kahrtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=27) sections of the forum.

I have tried a few pocket holsters and here is what I've found. Some of the nicer leather ones work pretty good but print some. Most of them will move with the gun when you draw. Most of the cheap nylon ones are too bulky and print. Most of the kydex ones are not as easy to draw from and many have a thumb push to help. The one I have learned to really like for pocket and AIWB carry is the Stays-Put Ultra (http://www.concealmentspecialties.com/products.html). Just $14.95 shipped. It is really thin, yet durable. Very comfortable. Doesn't print much. And as the name implies, it stays put when you draw.

Thank You, but then "most" of what I did in office wasn't very much... you know, not a bad retirement though. hehe

DW are my initials (my sig and av aren't working yet). And yes, I was a DW even before Darrell Waltrip.
