I ordered a set of night sights and stainless guide rod for my CW9 last week....they quickly shipped, and emailed me the shipping number....so far so good.

When the package arrived I found they only shipped the guide rod. So I called them and they explained the night sites were back ordered due to a problem at Trijicon two days prior....

Problem with this excuse was, I ordered the sites a week prior to them finding out about the problem......no email or phone call saying they were back ordered.

I expressed my disappointment with their lack of customer service.

They next part was what sent me over the edge.....I asked when they expected the sites to be shipped out.....they had no idea.

That would have been exactly my response too...that way there's no date certain they have to achieve at the mercy of their vendor.

Well after two months, I still have nothing.

I have called their parts department twice, sitting on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer.

I have emailed them twice with no response.....so much for customer service.

My order finally came in, but not after being charge twice for shipping, but Kahr did remedy that!
