Very nice. I put the checkered version on my MK9. Love them and the gun. I like your gun too!

JBoy, You guys have me drooling over those wood grip MK's. I'm afraid a Sig will have to leave the stable so I can make room for one of those...

Quite possibly the nicest gun accessory I've purchased.
Enjoy the new look.

Wood grips: thats one accessory I'd love to strap on a PM9, but sadly, it's about as dressed up for the ball as it's going to get.:( Damn those wood grips really float my boat.

I've quite often said if I could come up with a way to put wood grips on a Glock or tupperware gun, I'd be richer than Davy Crockett. Alas I'll probably cross the river a pauper.

I was under the impression that they didn't have wood grips for the MK9 Elite 2003 model...only the standard MK9 were available.
I thought they were all the same frames....guess not. Can anyone shed any light on this subject for me, cause I would love to dress mine up.

Thought it was this thread but must be another. Quikduc explained that it's the difference between the 98? version and the 2003 version.
I made a set on my early 98? version and he was able to get different screws and make them work on his 2003 elite.
The frame is different, more recessed. Last I heard Kahr did not have wood grips for the later version. I'm sure they will in the future.
I wish I had access to a later version so I could whittle out some handles for them. I wish I had access to alot of guns I could hang wood on.
Working on a set for a Colt Pony for rpollard using the old grips alone, kind of tricky and risky. Hoping they fit when I'm done but won't know till he hangs em on it.

Give me a month to get vacation and family requirements checked off the list. Maybe I can fix you up. It's hard for me to get any quality bench time this time of year so dont want to commit to anything more than I have. Hate making people wait and I'm making some wait as it is.
