Looking to buy a black PM9 slide with striker assembly and extractor, I do not need the barrel or recoil assembly.

I bought mine straight from Kahr parts. I think they go for something like $145.00. The other parts can be bought there also.

I had previously explored this option, but once I buy the slide, extractor, striker assembly, sights, and pay their $65 labor charge, I am in for quit a bit of $$$. Just exploring my options hoping to find one assembled for cheaper.

You could buy the slide and little plate on the back of the slide and take the parts off of what you have and put them in the new slide.

Just curious ... why do you want a black slide? Do you want to have two slides so you can change the look from time to time?

Exactly. My original thought was to just have the slide cerokoted, but I like the stainless look too. And this way would be WAY cheaper than buying another PM9. (Not that I wouldn't love to, lol).
