MY "cheater stick"

I was asked at the range "what's that around your neck"? Not having the grip strength that I had in the middle ages & being reluctant to change the springs, I cut a piece of wood about 3" X 1 1/2" X 1 1/2", bored a 1" hole near one end & a small hole thru other end. Using contact cement, I inserted a leather liner inside the large hole so as not to marr the finish of the bolt & put a boot lace for a lanyard in the other hole. BINGO! "Cheater stick" or " senior bolt pulling device". Hey...it works.

Hmmm, I suspect he puts the bolt through the hole he drilled and lined with leather for it, then pushes the gun away from him to charge it, then removes the bolt from the card and shoots it. Just a WAG but ....
