Finally got to the range and ran the first 150 rounds thru my CT45. 50 PPU and 100 WWB

Zero malfunctions.....no jams, failure to feed, failure to extract, failure anything

The only negative was that it did have a tendency to throw brass off my noggin and face every so often. Not sure if that will lessen the more rounds down the tube or if it was perhaps related to my grip. In any event it wasn't horrible but when it find happen those 45 cases have some ouch to them lol

Recoil was not bad at all for such a light gun. Accuracy could have been better but I haven't fired my Kahrs for a bit so getting used to the trigger again. The bike tube grip I put on worked awesome and gave a nice firm stable grip while taking the bite out of the aggressive Kahr grip.

All in all not a whole heck of a lot to say as it was pretty boring...every time I pulled the trigger it went bang and fed the next round without issue.

Very controllable for a light .45 and fun to shoot. In fact I liked the ergos so much I put a CT9 on layaway :)

Really nice range report.

I've got a .380 (P3AT) that throws brass all over the place but my Kahr (PM9) will throw all the brass up and right just as you would expect. Same with my XDM .45 Compact.

150 more flawless rounds except for one instance where I was messing with my grip and know I locked the slide back

So 300 trouble free rounds with the CT45. If you do your part this Kahr will do its.

CT9 is a definite now, just put one on layaway.

This Kahr for 269 dollars is out shooting guns in my collection that go for almost 2 and a half times more in price

Any more dinks on the head or did a change of ammo fix that issue.

I didn't get hit at all with this box...still has a mind of its own where the brass goes sometimes but as long as it's not in my face I'm ok with it lol

I bought a CT45 about a month ago and have been to the range with it twice running about three hundred rounds through it. No problems and it also has a tendency to sling brass directly back. I tried some handloads that I made for my 1911 which are very light loads, the kahr did not like them at all and would not cycle well wilth them. Much preferred the high power self defense Federal Hydra Shock 230 gr. HP. I have a real nice Alien Gear Holster on order for it.
