This is eye opening, but my favorite charity IS at the top... Wounded Warriors, gaining only a C+ rating... the highest given!

Goldstar rating system is THE rating system for 501(c)3 charities. They refused for years to rate veterans charities because they did not want to be seen bashing veterans. some of the charities are IMHO nothing more than rip-off shills.
