Tp9 issues?

I purchased a TP9 this month and took it to the range today 10/30/16. I ran 200 rounds of Federal American Eagle 124gr through it without any issues, however when I disassembled it for cleaning I noticed 2 gouges in the barrel hood that I cannot explain. I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue.

I have tried to post pictures but have been unsuccessful, I will continue to try.

There is a minimum post number to allow a user to post photos(30 I think). But, you can use one of those photo storing places and put a link to them anytime. Photos would really help folks figure it out.

I was able to send the pictures to Kahr they said it is a plating issue and will replace the barrel, I have to send them the slide and barrel.

Sorry I wasn't able to update on the issue with the barrel sooner but I have been extremely busy at work. I sent the TP9 back to Kahr on Monday 11/7/16 they replaced the barrel and test fired it with no issues and shipped it back, I received it on 11/11/16. I am really impressed with Kahr's customer service I just hope that I do not have any more issues.
