My CW40 has a "catch" in the trigger. Kind of like a spring is catching on a ??? :confused:

Give Kahr a call. Maybe a burr somewhere? Perhaps they can help you fix it over the phone without sending the gun in.

take the slide off and then try the trigger system to seeif it is in the bottom portion or the top. If it is smooth withthe sldie off then you catch is in the top portion and possably just more rounds down range willtake care of that. Kahrs are very very smooth, just not alot to catch things on either. I am assuming you have put some oil in the trigger mechanism in the trigger area where the return trigger spring is located etc..
