I have a Kel-Tec clip on my Ruger LCP, and given the way it installs I don't see any way it'd fit on a P380. Even if you could re-shape the edge of it to fit some frame contour on the P380, the fact is that it mounts with a bolt that replaces a pin in the frame of the P3AT/LCP but there is no such pin in a P380.

Clipdraw is just about the only way to get a clip on there I would think. FWIW the clip on my LCP makes it so handy that I can't imagine doing without it.
