Up for sale is my gently used “Old Style” freshly Mirror Polished PM9 Slide Assy (Gun frame in picture is not included). This includes Slide, Barrel, Recoil Assy and previously removed standard sights. I have spent more of 10 hrs polishing this slide, Barrel & Recoil Assy exterior face to a mirror finish, and I think the pictures will show the quality of my work. I am no amateur by any means, I run a industrial turbine repair shop where we do component repairs, welding, machining, custom metal fabrication, etc. So I do know what I am doing when it comes to working with metal. I bought this for a project of my own and a spare slide for my PM9 but have since begun building an AR-15 and decided to sell this beauty for some capital for the build. I have completely disassembled the slide’s components after the polish and have clean and inspected everything inside. I then took it to the range to test out the slide and make sure everything functions properly, and it performed perfectly. I ran four 6rd clips and was actually very actuate with it even without sights. I chronicled the process of this slide’s polish on this thread.

Price is $350 shipped (no FFL required). I have put so many hours of work in this and can’t in good conscience sell it for anything less. If I were to bill this amount of work at my shop at the standard $75 an hr to price would be ridiculous. All of these parts included from Kahr would cost well over $400 and you can't get an additional slide without exchanging your own.
Pictures, remember the only thing for sale is the Slide Assy, Slide Barrel, Recoil Assy. The PM9 frame in the pictures is just to use as reference to see how it would look as a complete gun.

Price Drop: $300 shipped!

Looks cool, but wouldn't it be tough to shoot outside in the sunlight? I would think there would be way to much glare to see the sights?

No I haven't noticed any issue with glare on my EDC P9. Actually on the contrary, I find it easier for quick sight acquisition b/c the sights seem to float when looking down the slide, due to the fact that there is nothing to focus on other then the sight picture.
