Para Ordnance 1911 GI Expert

Saw one of these at Bud's and looked for reviews. From what the reviews stated they thought the gun was pretty good. I looked again at some of the lower priced 1911s mainly the GIs. The main problem with these for me is the front sight. Can't see it worth a darn. From the reviews, the Para has better sights and they are dovetailed so changing out would be easier.

Question - Does any one here have any experience with this model?

I haven't shot one, but have handled three or four of them at local shops. Fit/finish seemed quite good and was consistent among the guns I looked at. Most had excellent triggers as well (there was one did not). That's the extent of my first hand experience with them, but I liked what I saw.
