I am new to Kahr, and hoping to buy one soon, PM9. I love the fit, feel and size. My local shop will sell a PM9 Stainless w/ Night Sights for $730. Does that sound like the norm.

Thank you

With night sights, that's about right. You can always check Gunbroker.com to get a comparison, but figure in the shipping and FFL charges also (generally $40-$60).

For comparison purpose, I paid $575 for the "2-tone" standard sight PM9. The black diamond standard-sight is $625. This is at my LGS, not on-line purchase.

I have not priced out a night-sight version before, but hope the above helps your shopping and gauge your price point accordingly.

thats not a bad price with night sights. Don't see alot of them in dealer show cases with night sights. I would venture to guess you are within 50 bucks of what a lower priced gun like that would go in other places, so for $50 you best go for it. No ffl dealer to pay if you buy on line, If something goes wrong your local dealer willtake care of you. You are actuallys eeing what your buying to. sometiems worht a few bucks more to shop locally.

Buy itk, you will love it

I bought a Kahr PM9 at Cabelas...Black Diamond slide with night sights last month. Price was $819.00 but I had a coupon for $100.00 off so I don't think I did too bad. Love the gun and just got SD ammo. Waiting for a Fist Kydex #5 to carry. Sweet!

Thanks guys for the information. My dealer is a good fair place, so it doesn't surprise me that they are on par. I just don't see many Kahr's in the case so I thought I would get some thoughts on prices around the country.

Thank you

Can't wait to order the piece.

Opportunity cost. I felt a little gouged on my PM9094N (black, night sights) @ $759, since I know there are better prices out there for a fortunate few. But I tend not to buy used guns and I won't do gunbroker ... and this was the first PM9 I'd seen w/ the blackened slide and NS that I'd seen for sale since I first went on the lookout for one back in May. They're pricey, but when you find just the one you want ya kinda have to snag it before it gets away.

Just purchased a stainless PM9 with night sights, brand new from Jensen Arms in Loveland, Colorado for $645.00, brand new. I live in CO and shop there often, probably too often. Anyway, they have a PM9 listed on Gunbroker for $644.95, plus $25.00 shipping to your FFL.

About what I paid from a local dealer when the PM9 was tough to get.

I found my PM9 on Gunbroker for $550 shipped and transferred to me. Im sure it has seen almost 1k rounds and is perfectly broken in. It has night sights, a must have on carry pistols.
I know it is used but 100% reliability from a previous owner and much lower cost to own makes me look for used pistols first.
I understand the aspect of a mint pistol as well but it is like a used car. It has been used before but can be a great value.
I have fired about 500 rnds including gold sabers and Federal hydroshocks with out one single malfunction! Awesome pistol!
