Want to buy new k9 elite

Hi,
I have a couple of questions.
1. Do all k9 2003 elites have the 3/8 inch short pull trigger?
2. How is the slide to frame fit (how tight)? When I look at advertised photos looking though rear sight I see gaps all the way around slide differant sizes.
3. Is there a part of the rear slide gap that should be together. Like the lower part where they slide tegether (I had a problem with a Slopy slide fit in past).
4. Does it shoot as nice as I hear?

2) The quality of the fit & finish is "SUPERB"
3) I'm not exactly sure what you mean in #3. My answer to #2 should cover any questions about the fitting of the "Elite 03".
4) Yes, probably better. I had a 5 shot group last week @ 21ft offhand measuring 17/32".:biggrin1:

Hopefully you won't have to wait 9 1/2 months for yours to come in. They are hard to come buy.

I'm a new-be and shopping (with a crush on the K9 and trying to figure out the best features/ options). You guys are being a bad influence on me. ;)

The best way to option a new K9 Elite is a "no brainer" they call it "AVAILABLE".
I had Bud's get me one and it took 9 1/2 months and my only option was that it had to be an Elite 03. I have a K9 and my results are night/day difference. The NY trigger sucks. My K9 DLC is my least shot Kahr. I just read a post on a different forum the last day or two and the poster said it took him like 10 -11 months to get his Elite. But well worth the wait. Good Luck and don't put it off, you'll never get one that way.

I had a K9 Elite back 5 years ago. Wonderful piece. Like a fool I let it go away. Well I am glad to say I have another on order and I hope to have it soon. Can hardly wait.
