Have an MK40 on the way. What are you running for an IWB rig? I have a CBST for my H&K and love the comfort, but am thinking a single clip like the Don Hume may be more appropriate for this gun. What have you all learned?

(Hate to add more holsters to the drawer of missfit holsters) :)

Ron and Sheryl are great, and honest about their product. I'm having my 3rd one made as I type, this time I'm going to try their OWB version. I wear my IWB Silent Thunder almost every day, love the leather lined Kydex.

Mitch Rosen Clipper. Excellent leather and the fully finished version is available through Kahr for $65. I have a Don Hume that I bought on misguided impulse. It's in the "better than nothing" holster box....one step up from "no way". Don Hume is not what they used to be.

Here is what, IMO, you should look at: the PJ Clip-on IWB Holster (http://pjholster.com/?page_id=37). It is made of Kydex, weighs about an ounce—light as a feather. Very good adjustable retention. I have one for my CM9. Wear it at about 8:30. It is the only holster I own that literally vanishes from my consciousness when I am wearing the gun in it! I mean I cannot feel it there AT ALL, can't feel the weight of the gun there, or its mass when I move around. It and the gun seem to become part of my body. I don't have pics of mine, yet, but here are a couple of pics of one made for a Walther PPS.

Note how there is not one extra millimeter of length or width. It holds the gun up tight against your body. It is SUPER THIN. It has a small but effective sweat shield that doesn't get in the way when you draw. And this absolutely perfect 24/7 carry holster is only $40 shipped from one of the nicest guys in the holster business!

Here is some pics of my Jason Winnie IWB holster, this thing is built like a tank.

I can re holster so easy without it collapsing on me. I also like how it sits low in the holster but not to low to grip.

Theses are by far the best I found as I now have about a dozen of his holsters.

Check out Ryan Grizzle Leather. I have two of his High Country holsters one of which is for my MK40. These are owb holsters but Ryan makes iwb as well. Great quality, great service, very personable, reasonable turn around time.

Should you decide on a waist outside the waist holster I love the Black Window by Bianchi. It rides high and close to your side.
