Fist I'm pretty sure makes one, I have a Garrett Silent Thunder for my PM45 w/laser. I'm sure they have the 9 also.
Take a look at PJ Holsters. I have 2 inside the waistband for my PM9 and one for XDs 45. They work great and he has a list of laser choices.
