Found this on another forum but it hit my funny bone.

I paint with a broad brush Bawanna.
Only kidding.. I honestly consider all those gentlemen, GENTLEMEN.
And here he is...
...
Gentlemen, Gentlemen..Please go back and read response #8.
I actually carry a CW45 or G36.
Sometimes I have a gun in the vehicle, sometimes I don't. :) :)
I don't know anything about this guy but he seems to have a pretty good knowledge of the issue.

Good point O'Dell.
Hadn't thought of that.
Now don't snooze on me and let one by..I don't like snakes, especially 16 footers.
BTW, you don't know anybody in Valdosta that could keep a lookout do...
Absolutely.. And you'd have to get too close to use that thing.
I'd have to have some kind of long gun, like something with 00Buck.
A buddy who lives in Naples tells me that there's a regular invasion of
Burmese pythons in the Everglades and other surrounding wetlands.
He said they have even been known to kill and eat some of...
That's for sure..I would make only one small adjustment to your statement:
The only truth that we know for sure, is that everybody is lying.
Quite right.
Someone said to "carry a 25auto. if you're not very accurate with a pocket full of rocks".
Of course this was done totally toung-in-cheek.
Guess I shouldn't have made it sound as serious.
I don't actually ever carry the big gun. The little one, sometimes.
I really was curious though...
I use the little one, (Bauer .25Auto) to get'em off of me 'till I can get back to the truck and get a real gun, (S&W 45Colt Mountain Gun).
...
I'm with JFootin on the excessive hype concerning this circus.
I just loaded up and went out and burned two hundred rounds of .45ACP and 50 rounds of 40S&W.
Strange how it calms one's nerves....
Not sure about Harbor Freight's gun policy, they're not on this list, which I'm sure isn't all inclusive, but I have come to the conclusion that we can't exist on this planet without patronizing an...
This is a Federal HST 124gr shot through some water jugs, according to the poster.
You may either see beauty or horror in the image.
I see the former myself.
Looks to be a good round.
...
Excellent read...Thanks for sharing.
I wouldn't think you would need to worry about over penetration from a 230gr FMJ from a 3 or 4" barrel, maybe it could happen, and if you don't hit the perp you're shooting at I would bet you'd have...
^^^^
This.
We're strictly talking .45ACP now.
Hmm... Looks like the 230gr LRN are also on backorder melissa.
I wouldn't think you would have a long wait for the FMJ's though. They're one of his most popular.
You could give him a call.
Maybe...
I've noticed that several guys, who really know a lot about handguns, SD, etc. use 230gr FMJ in their .45ACP carry guns.
I also know some who say you're giving up something by not using hollow...
What Bawanna said.
These are the cheapest/best jacketed bullets I've found and I have tried just about all of them.
Although I'm old, my family has been very healthy.
Grandaddy lived to be 94, never sick a day in his life, and when he died it wasn't anything serious. :D
That combination is as near perfect as it gets.
Here's hoping you both make that 20+++.
Melissa wouldn't be safe at all if I was still single.
Every time she threw the dishwater out the door,...
No,No, I didn't doubt that she was correct.
I agree, if Melissa recommended it it must be OK.
But "27 years ago" makes you a relative newly wed.
Put another 20 on that and you'll definitely see...
Melissa5 is correct about the conversion.
Here's all you need to shoot 10mm.

I didn't realize the...
