For sale is a very lightly used Black K&D Holsters Thunderbird Defender convertible & adjustable holster. IWB/OWB. You can use it as a tuckable holster with the clips, or remove them and put it on...
Is the belt clip on the Sof-Tuck metal?
Anyone here using this Blackhawk tuckable leather holster?http://www.blackhawk.com/product/Tuckable-Holster,1521,1482.htm
It looks like a decent option for a fair price.
I have been carrying a...
Glad to hear this thread was helpful for you. :D
My P9 mags were sticky in the beginning. After some rounds they were fine. And now after 2500 rounds I can use the ejected mag as a 9th round. I have 7 spare mags, and they all fly out like they are...
I have a P9 and it has been an awesome gun. Absolutely flawless from day 1.
The CW9 is a great gun also. Either will serve you well.
For the cost of the P9, Id probably go with the PM9, and...
There is a shop here in PA that has a used PM45 for... if I remember correctly $550 or so. I didnt handle it, but from what I could tell it looked brand new. Even with shipping and FFL, that...
Anyone else care to post a pic of your Kahr with the SS rod? I still havent decided which type I want.
I could see why someone might want to take the frame apart, for example to polish or coat the trigger etc.
I dont have any reason to take my frame apart, but I have contemplated how anyone would...
Ol`Coot, I will second that :)
Does your CW9 have a plastic mag release?
Looks like your CW9 is exactly the weight Kahr has listed on their site.
Something I figured I should pass along to my fellow Kahr owners.
I found that the German Surplus sig P6 (225) mag pouches work great for 7 and 8 round mags, (probably would be fine for the Pm9...
If you havent done so already. I recommend detail stripping the slide for a good cleaning. While you have it apart, there are quite a few small parts that could benefit from a good polish as well.
...
Ok, that makes more sense.
Otherwise, I thought maybe you had some crazy R&D Titanium, Scandium, Polymer, PM9 prototype that somehow escaped the Kahr factory.
Lookin sweet!
Thanks, those do help.
Does the CW9 have plastic sights? maybe that is why the CW is lighter.
then again, Im using an old postal scale that has been around for a while. Maybe its just off..
What Model is that?
Another member here stated that this holster
ZAA-826 - Ace Case Tuckable Holster, .380 Autos Fits .380, PPK, Llama 380, Sig 230, 232, Right Hand
works with his P45

If you get a chance could you weigh it empty?
Either you have one of the lightest PM9`s, or one of our scales are way out of wack.
Jocko says his PM9 with 124gr 6+1 comes in at 18oz.
Weighing two of my 7 round mags, 1 with 147gr HST & 1...
Is your CW9 loaded with 7 +1? and what weight bullets do you have in it?
Eta. Judging by the extractor I would guess its +1
Especially since the CW9 is listed as being heavier than the P9 on their website.
So, I weighed my pistol today, and Im curios to know if others are the same weight.
My P9 loaded with 7+1 of 147gr Federal HST`s weighs in at 22.5 oz
unloaded with an empty mag it tips the scale...
I was thinking of different things to put on the end.
Smiley face came to mind, also a punisher skull would be cool.
I put 100 rounds through the P9 today.
so that makes 2400 flawless rounds.
Not anywhere close to Jocko`s PM9, but a good start nonetheless :D
UPDATE:
Ok, my barrel and slide came back from Kahr today.
This is from an e-mail I received a few days ago.
"I'm glad you emailed me. I had the gunsmiths look at it and was informed that...
