Figured it out just a few minutes ago. Downloaded the manual (didn't come with one) and paid close attention to what went where as I put it together. The little projection on the collar at the end...

The pistol is a Mark VII, no cross-slots and a 3 serrations on the slide take-down lever.

I haven't had the pistol to the range yet, but cannot retract the slide far enough to engage the slide...

I switched to a Harbor Freight tumbler and steel pins about 6 month ago. A squirt of dawn and a couple of tablespoons of Iosso Brass Case Cleaner.
I'm never going back to dry media. Ever.

I load both large and small primers for 45 ACP, using the large primer brass for my +p loads. Right now the stash of large-pocket brass is especially nice since I have more LP primers for no reason...
