They must be really good then : )
Thanks Bawana !
Kahr Night Sight already installed : )
Unfortunately mag followers are out of stock : (
For the very modest cost of the striker guide ($15) it's a done deal. They show one out of a .40 with 500...
Peace of mind yes. Metal usually outlasts plastic.
Both of these may be in the "no brainer" catagory but I'll ask anyway. Since many of these pistols cycling issues seem to be do to cracking/breaking magazine followers, should I replace them with the...
A mechanic buddy hooked me up. She's on and I really like the sight picture. Hopefully can hit the range Sunday and try her out !!
We just had one open here will hit them up thanks for the tip. I'll need a magnifier to say for sure what type screw it is.
Anyone have a suggestion where to find a teeny tiny Phillips screwdriver to fit that teeny tiny Trijicon screw ?
Will do, they're not a +P the few I tested were pretty mellow considering I used a max charge of AA#7.
Decided to spring for Kahr Trjicon front sight and decal grip from the Pro Shop. Been eying it for last 6 months or so... : )
Also built a new 124gr JHP for it since my 115gr bullet tips were...
Deano thanks for getting back about the tool. I have 2 guns to swap sights on and I'll scoff one up.

I think the Dawson is the way I'm heading, rather have it staked on both legs rather than just 1 screw holding it in place.
I've owned 2 LCP's and like many found the sights all but useless. A CT laser helped but I wanted more power in a similarly sized gun and all the extra safety features put on the LC 9 turned me off....
ditto
Guy in Cali selling in the $60 range, advertises on e-bay I think.

Checked my slide and it has a well machined bevel where the screw will set so hopefully no further mods (to the gun) will be needed. I hear ya about the $$ Jocko I just get cheap this time of year...
I wish the XS sights were the same price as the Trijicon since I like the big fast dot front but not for $40 over the Trijicon. I'm probably going to just do my front and call it good.
Yeah many thanks, now I understand why there have been issues on the CM platform. Might be a good idea to use the threadlocker on both pins, not just on the screw. I expect Kahr probably modifies the...
Were they factory installed on the CW type guns or did you do them yourself gb ?
So, is there ANYBODY out there that these sights stay attached the gun for ? Just curious since I'm trying to decide between Trijicon and Dawson...

Only issue I had was my own, a "vigorous" mag change, drove the nose on the first round down like that w WWB.Is it on initial chambering, second/third round ?? 6 or 7 rond mags ?
I also just did a fast 120 round first-time with my CM9 and I also had a low-ramp incident. I noticed that "slamming" the mag home made the top round move out of position and hit low. A little less...
I got to run 100 rounds of 115gr WWB and 25 handloaded 115gr JHP in a shoot-fest at friend's woodlot. Zero malfunctions and 2 other people commented on how easy shooting it is. Accuracy hard to judge...
Thanks Kraz, nice to know I'm not the only guy with this issue. It's tight as a tick now, hopefully a few hundred will loosen things up a bit !
Thanks Guys ! Is that 12 o'clock with the slide right side up or on it's back ? Sunday is game day LOL....
