I carry my P380 in the front right pocket of my 501s inside a Desantis Superfly -- works just fine!!!
Mag release is fine on my P380 -- has been since day 1.
Correct, I am a right handed shooter. However, instead of the typical thumbs forward grip I use with all my other pistols I always trap my right thumb beneath my left thumb. Also, when shooting this...
Another 100 rounds of PMC Bronze 90 grain down the pipe today. Had two instances where the slide failed to lock back after the final round was fired from the magazine. Great shooting little gun and...
If you had been unarmed would have done anything different?
Got a new Sig 516 courtesy of gunbroker earlier in the week. Won't be long before I fill out the NFA paperwork to get a suppressor for this gun. I also won a cheap police trade in Glock 23 and expect...
Glad you are okay. Hope the recovery process for your pistol is smooth!
Very nice Rev. Although I doubt I will ever cerakote my P380... However if I win this USP on gun broker tomorrow I may have to get it cerakoted!
Congrats on getting your license in the mail, I have just about wore out my current belt (sadly I can't say it's from carrying, but a slowly increasing waist size). Anyone here have a galco leather...
This line and your avatar go hand in hand, haha!
Congrats on the new journey -- I hope to embark on one of the same one of these days, probably not soon enough!
They look stunning, very nice!!!
Good to hear, do you have any pics available?
Hey,
I am thinking about picking up a new range bag, I currently only have a bulldog bag and after about eight years of use all of the zippers are busted. I had to cut off one of the side panel...
Ha! There's only one Texas! :amflag:
I see a lot of Kahr pistols available for sale in the Kansas City area but I never see any at the range -- anyone here from the KC area that owns Kahrs?
I love my Glock 26, but it obviously isn't "perfect" despite what Glock's slogan might be! :yo:
Still one heck of a pistol. Simple to take care of, I'm pretty sure my 82 year old arthritic grandma...
Interesting, I'd like to see the pics if you have the time!
Congrats! That's a pretty good deal -- currently saving my parts from my Colt to build a frankenAR as well, but think I will go with a mid length instead of the pistol.
Wow... Can't believe I've never ran across this site before! Thanks for the link!
Cloud, did you have any problems leading up to the 500 round count?
Excellent point knkali -- if you can't easily access your firearm (under "normal" circumstances) you are jeopardizing the point of carrying. Likewise, situational awareness is #1.
That finish looks fantastic!
I like the Talon (rubberized) grips I installed on my G26 -- still debating wether or not to pick them up for my P380....
Thanks for the replies. Anyone have any experience cerakoting a Kahr? Are the tolerances on the slide too tight for this type of finish?
