Got mine back from Kahr...Still does not lock back...Off to Kahr again yesterday.

I have a chronic wrist condition that has made gripping double stack handguns an issue, so I am in the process of selling all of those.

I've had a P9, P45 and PM45 for years...having sold off...

Did you do anything further about this. I have a feeling mine may end up having the same issue(s)...

I don't suspect the magazines...they functioned perfectly in my K9...

Does your Slide Stop Lever spin on the Slide Stop Pin, or it is firmly attached to the Lever like on your MK40?

The piece will not lock back on an empty magazine, and the slide lock lever rotates on the post. Not sure if that is normal or not?

Those are Pachmayr, and they have been around for years...it's just a sleeve...you can buy those alone at most gun stores...

Negative...the P9 is perfect for me...the PM45 could be just a tad longer, and the P45 is plenty long enough...

The P9 grip length is a bit longer than the PM45, and shorter by about the same amount as a P45...

It was spotless when I went to the range. Recoil spring is fresh. It has the torx screw on the sideplate and it is snug as a bug in a rug...

I have both, and prefer the P45 over the PM45...

I too sold my PM9 in favor of the P9...

I took my never-before-has-it-failed-me DLC P45 to the range today. It functioned as a single shot.

It would feed, fire, eject, and return to battery properly, but the trigger would not reset.

I'm not familiar with the change from a flat to beveled slide front. Can someone direct me to a picture comparing the two?

I have them both. For carry, I prefer the PM45...

I had the Decal Grips and didn't care for them because they did nothing for the rough texture on the backstrap.

I use the Hogue Jr. Handall on my P9, P45 and PM 45, and the Pachmayr grip sleeve on...

Really? When is the last time you bought any? It's up around $25.00 in these parts...

Never understood the concept of employing a carry rotation either.

It seems like someone would have to be more concerned with form rather than function to do that...
