Kahr also replaced the barrel ,extractor, , recoil guide springs, and magazine springs when I sent my p380 in for repairs.

no they should come right out.The spring can be a little tricky to get it to stay firm on the rod.Just field stripped both of my guns and the rods came right out.

congrats....I have 2 of them. I think you will like it .Had to send one of them back to ruger to fix the takedown lever.But that has been the only problem.
