My experience with the Galloway kit was that the trigger was about 2 lbs lighter but felt a little mushy. I swapped back and forth a few times and stuck with the Galloway kit.

Gotcha DJK11. I was going to put the Galloway kit back in and will check everything when I have the slide apart.
To be fair to Kahr, the repaired CM9 has had another 500 rounds through it with no fail to fires.
I'm interested too ..
I have the Galloway kit for my CM9. It does makes the trigger a little lighter but it seems a little mushier. I have the original parts back in after a factory repair and was going to switch to the...
Only having one Kahr and little experience with other models, it doesn't seem like a spring should be needed after 400 or 800 rounds. I've got about 2000 through my CM9 after a visit to the factory a...
Welcome from Tennessee ..
Thanks ..
Me neither - the slide now goes on without wiggling, they cleaned up a ragged area on the frame where the slide was rubbing and the slide release is now really stiff. Seems like a lot more was done...
I decided to try my CM9 at 20 yards today and was surprised at how accurate it is. The other thing I found out is that I really don't like the single dot rear sight with the curving in ears.

Agree with you on the black slide. I have one of the silver ones and have been thinking about coloring it. Trying to decide if I want cerakote, duracoat or what. Maybe I'll go cheap and use a sharpie...
Screenshots - cool. How do you like the sights?
OK, I'm starting to feel a little better about my CM9 repair. Ran another 200 through it today bringing the total since repaired to 500. I've been feeding the it crappiest of the crappy to gourmet...
Put another 150 rounds through it today and it fired every time. I'm starting to feel better about it.
I spent the last 5 weeks shooting SA and going back to the DA on my CM9 was a little...
Took my CM9 to the range and put 100 rounds of range ammo and a handful of +P through it and it went bang every time I pulled the trigger. I still need to put a few hundred through it before I feel...
One more thing worth mentioning - Kahr sent me a prepaid shipping label to return my gun and didn't charge me for return shipping so good mark for not trying to nickel and dime me on a warranty...
Got mine back today - almost 5 weeks. See my post for details and it's going to the range tomorrow for a workout.
They weren't great at communicating status but they did reply to email after a...
Welcome from Tennessee. It's a good forum and I think you'll enjoy being a member
My CM9 came back today - just under 5 weeks. I suppose that's not unreasonable when I think about it. Multiple items were fixed (?) slide had to be wiggled to get it back on, fail to fire, excessive...
Mine was received by Kahr on Sept. 18th. Sent a follow up email, nothing back so it's phone time tomorrow.
Almost a month - since 9/18
On 9/18 I got the email from Kahr letting me know they have my CM9. I was hoping it would be back by now but no word so I guess it's time to drag out the phone and see if I can get a status.
