Someone somewhere is crying the blues.
Has anybody told these kids that their school security guard failed them, their local police department failed them, their sheriff's department failed them, AND THE FBI? Neither the NRA nor the 2nd...
Thought I'd share that to date, I've put 3800 rounds of 9mm 115 gr. RNJ through my P9 without a hiccup. I'm very pleased with this pistol which is my carry gun.
Another thing I'd like to share is...
. . . it shines up the brass nicely, better than just tumbling.
and cleaning up brass with just vinegar and water doesn't show up on your monthly electricity bill either.
Personally, I like 'em ready to go right out of the box. Serious prices are being asked for handguns today and I'd hate to think the manufacturers would hold back knowing buyers are willing to send...
Why Chuck, Nancy, Diane, and a host of others would go berserk just at the thought
If it were me, I would have caught the unfired handloads before soaking them in the cleaning solution because I decap all of my brass before soaking. Soaking decapped brass tends to soften the...
Ditto what Handy said especially the part of "damages the structure of the steel". I see it as taking some of the spring our of the spring as once deformed (made longer) makes it weaker. YMMV
I have a DiSantis holster and gunbelt for my P9 which I wear OWB. This is the perfect size for my small hands. I can get all four fingers around the grip. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for the positive response. BTW, this is my CCW gun.
Went to my local range this weekend with my Kahr P9 and 100 rounds of 9mm FMJ handloads. All 100 rounds functioned perfectly. This makes 2400 rounds w/o a single malfunction in my P9 counting after...
Fascinating documentation. As I recall, Custer held a very low esteem of the Indians which led to the rash strategy of splitting his forces prior to the attack. He also had access to several...
Night sights are great for shooting under poor light conditions assuming you can determine your target and have the time to use the sights. Many confrontations take place at short distances where...
My P9 comes with 7 round magazines. I don't have large hands so there's just enough room on the grip for my "pinkie". I agree with those who have bought their Kahr for concealment that extending...
Kali really doesn't know who did/didn't comply. It just puts the fear of getting caught (confiscation, fine, time) on everyone owning an AW. I doubt they are going to send LE to the home of every...
These are the kind of girls I was looking for when I was in my twenties.
Very nice looking revolver. Exudes quality and workmanship! Thanks for the pictures and range report.
As previously posted, try greasing the "dinged" areas on the barrel ring. Then, operate the slide vigorously by hand and see if it still sticks. If this cures the problem, and you decide not to...
Well, that's an interesting problem and you certainly "nailed" the source of the problem. I don't have that problem with my P9 but from your pictures, I would think removing the excess metal from...
If no range staff at your outdoor range and you really are shooting alone, carry a fully charged cell phone or smart phone.
Welcome from Phoenix AZ! Did the same 10 day wait and handgun safety test when I lived in NorCal (Bay Area).
AIRret,
So happy to hear that you had a good time at Winter Range. IMO, it truly is worthwhile seeing it at least once. I've attended the last 8 Winter Ranges since 2009 right after relocating to...
You guys from Wisconsin do a class act! Some places in this great nation still believe in patriotism.
I was surprised shortly after I relocated to Phoenix, AZ that on Veteran's Day, several of the chain restaurants offer a free dinner to all who are serving or have served in the armed forces. I...
Love to read a story with a happy ending. Good job, Bwanna!
