It appears that about 1/2 of the right front metal rail is missing. I dont remember any particular event when it happened. It is at least 7 years old and I guess out of warranty. I will give Kahr a...
Thanks for the suggestions gentlemen. I just thought of a Sneaky Pete holster. I think that may work.

Im looking for a luger style holster for my cw45. I recently bought some land and am looking to carry my CW45 while working on it. I would really like to have the cw45 full enclosed OWB. Any ideas?

Go ahead and send it Kahr for repair, if you bought it new. I was a bit disappointed in the turnaround time -around 30 days- but it seems to be fixed now.
250ish rounds so far and no issues. I can now carry concealed with confidence.
Good news I think... I received the cw45 back today and took it for a test fire of 100 rounds. I did have a FTF on about round 70, but I will admit I may have limp wristed it when firing rapidly....

UPDATE - I sent the CW45 bto Kahr a month ago and have called them several times since. I have been told several that the gunsmith should be taking it to the range shortly. I was told last week that...
I am using factory magazines direct from Kahr. I am using FMJ target, loads from Federal, Winchester, Remington, and a few more recognized brands which I forget now. No reloads here.
I have owned a cw9 for a few years and wanted to step up a bit so i purchased a new cw45 in january. It kicks a bit more, not as comfortable to appendix carry, and a bit heavier than my cw9, but it...
Welcome Dave, Im in Aurora myself. I have one of the factory followers break, but Kahr replaced it. Perhaps the metal one are a better bet.
Thanks for the welcome Monadnock. Still on the fence concerning the CW45. My CW9 works fine, a few minor issues but never a FTF. I use Federal aluminum 9mm at the range with no issues. I just saw the...
Thanks for the responses. I think I will be sticking with the CW9 for now. Its not really sexy or tacticool but its dependable and thats the most important thing.
Hello from IL. all,
I bought a CW9 about 2 1/2 years ago and am very happy with the pistol. I have had minimal issues.
1. The rear sight fell off? I didnt drop the pistol or tap so I dont know...
