I have not come across these terms before.

One otehr option is Alessi Talon-Plus, it is higher riding that CLP and it does have a slight cant, I did have one for my CW. (see pix below, 2nd from the right). They use a patented "talon" clip...

GOG: to me, I cannot AIWB (1-2 oclock) a compact like CW, no problem with subcompacts like CM / PM / G26 etc... I also find that "straight drop" / zero cant works better for AIWB, as the draw angle...

Beware that MS are all canted and ride higher for fast draw. On contrary, CLP sits low and is zero cants! To me it is perfect deep concealment, at the cost of speed of draw. My compacts are either...

Cry once and stop all the buy/sell cycles.. Kahr being so thin, I only IWB:

AIWB = Mitch Rosen CLP... best in class (and cheap at $60 new / $40 used)
IWB = Milt Sparks VM2 - horsehide

No doubt... and when I put the CW9 in a G26 holster, it is loosy lose, zero retention. I guess design of the rig will make a big different.

Anyway.. I'll settle on the VM2 for now.. only...

Good or bad, it's not the point, but we are not to 'ride' the slide with Kahrs. If it returns to battery normally if you use the slide release then it is good to go.
