Have to butt in, I was target shooting with the CM 9 few weeks back and since the sight radius is so short it's tough to get it in center ten with satisfaction. Then a lightbulb went off, I said...
Regarding the front sight, I just want see the difference between mine on the CM and the Mepro, the front sights of the Mepro are made to fit PM only while the rear will fit both according to the...
Ordered the set, want to know how far the fronts are since the meprolight are actually made for the PM9. The rears are the same. Will not be shooting it till it's a bit warmer to give results.
Thanks, placed order....
I was wondering if these REAR sights will work on my CM9. They are made for the PM9 because of the front sight mounting type, but all I need is the rear? They are made by Meprolight, part number...

Chrish, I almost went with Cerakote paint finish, but I did not want paint on the inside of the slide. IonBond is a micro-finish and the stuff is like plating and very very hard material. They do...
Finally I decided to go black and it was not expensive:
1) IonBond in satin black (not paint but better) did the slide and rear small slide door at Springer Precision, Bend, Oregon - $73.0 out...
Question
Hi all, I am thinking of getting my CM-9 slide Cerakoting (paint coating) but I am concerned of the overspray to the inside!
I got the gun functioning 100% with no...
Deano,
Excellent! Two more follow-up questions..... you said "push to the RIGHT side", is that looking from the back of the slide or looking from the barrel end (front) :D Also, how did you heat...
Hi All,
I am getting my CM-9 slide CCR coated in black and I will be replacing the sights that I’m taking off with the new ones factory original from Khar.
Any special requirements or...
CM9 friends,
I think it's prudent to take apart the slide when you get them to check for any machining debris that my be left over. I happen to do mine before I read this thread from one of the...
CJB, nice piece!
I have a CZ and a Ruger and both have some minor factory paint blemishes and me doing it would be a nightmare if I get it screwed up after seeing those two pistols :faint2:
It crossed my mind believe me, but a black PM9 slide with PM text on the slide with CM9 frame, cheesy right :o? It's $160 for Robar finish and $145 PM9 slide (and potentially I need to run it through...
As JACKO said it's the CW/M line and chances are slim to none that Kahr will have black slides (but never say never). Anyhow, I was thinking of blacken my CM9 slide with ROBAR. I like Cerakoting...
Like I said in one or my other threads, the PM paved the way for the CM launch and Kahr got a winner, hands down and they are going to real it in :wof:
Thanks Kahr for doing your VOC homework...
Finally I decided to hit the range and break-in the CM and to keep it simple:
a) Cleaned per Jocko prescription
b) Oil it to Riccardo's lube diagram
c) Used 200 Winchester FMJ
d) 25 feet...

I was wondering if any of you guys who carry an extra clip in ther pocket did you buy some kind of a magazine cap. I notice on mine that I started collecting lint at the magazine lip and the first...
Here are the results I took couple of months ago...it looks like the CW guys don't want us and we are stuck with the PM guys --> :9: <--CM guys

Dude, NO difference...if you blind fold me I could not tell the difference, shooting or ergonomically. If you tape the model numbers on the slide I have to quickly think which is which, the giveaway...
Here are the basic dimensions (used a coat hanger wire)...
Have at it!:yo:
Hi BEARDOG,
Good to hear from you. Yes, this is not something you do every time you return from the range but it’s so easy you might as well if you have the time :music:
