Well I can happily report that after getting the CW380 back from Kahr the thing will eat anything I feed it and runs like a dream. It really loved the Sig ammo.

Has anyone given the Sig elite performance v crown ammo a spin through their CW380? My local shop had a bunch of it for quite cheap and I picked up a few boxes.
It’s back! Two months, not too bad I guess. They replaced the extractor and barrel. The barrel appears to be a new design compared to what I had previously. Also, the trigger feels better. All in all...
Received a update from Kahr today, the cw380 is on the gunsmiths bench and should be back to me next week. They now say anything sent in is going to take 9 weeks for a turnaround.
Well still no word. I’ve called a couple of times and each time I’m met with just one more week. I’m really regretting my decision now. I think I may sell the CW380 and go with the Seecamp 380 as...
thats horrid! I’ve only been waiting about six weeks.
No movemt from the Kahr factory. Eventually I’ll get my cw380 back.
I’m just crossing my fingers mine comes back and runs like a champ.
My cw380 is still at Kahr for all the issues. It’s been there for about a month. I’m ready to get it back and put some rounds through it, fingers crossed it will be fixed.
Well I was finally able to get ahold of someone who was very helpful and very understanding. The gun will be heading back to the mothership as soon as I get a free moment. You guys were right, they...
Well I have call in to Kahr but they let me go to voicemail. Hopefully I’ll hear back today. I also noticed a few other issues with the CW380 that I want addressed also. The barrel and slide at 10...
Good point! I will call them tomorrow.
I was going to call Kahr today but realized this isn’t the ideal time. I am heading out of the country next week for a week and didn’t want them to work on it and ship it back while I was gone. I...
I wonder if I should call in and let them know how my range session went. I really want to be confident in carrying this thing. What do you guys think?
i agree, it is sad. I knew what I was getting myself into luckily. I’m not sure why the guns can’t fhnction 100% out of the box. I think it Kahr really cared they would remedy it. But for now I’ll...
Also at today’s range trip I put about 220 rounds through the gun. I think I’ve passed the break in period.
I’m guessing that after another 50-100 rounds it will be good to go. I looked at a few holsters and the Vedder just seemed like the one that would fit my needs the best. I think the gun could be...
Well I was finally able to really get the gun out and break it in. I had some initial test feeding issues at home with some Perfecta, that will just be eaten up by the PPK.
I picked up a couple...
i think I’ll pick up some quality ammo and run the hell out of it and see where it stands after that. No need to send it back because of bad ammo.
I was only trying perfects and fiochi so I’m guessing that’s the main problem. I threw in some snap caps and it chambered those beaitifully. I’m going to buy some better ammo this weekend and see how...
I’m gonna try a few more things before I call them. I saw the extravor reshape online but I don’t think I will go that far at all.
Also, do you just ship it back in the Kahr box?
I’m ok with the kinks being worked out by them. I know this will be a great fun once it’s been refined. I really would hope they would cover the shipping.
Definitely using the slide stop/release and I was actually shooting it with the issues.
I have now tried several types of 380. None of them will chamber without being hung up. Haven’t made it through a full mag yet. Should I just call Kahr?
