No issues once I tightened the slide lock spring screw. EDC it, forget that it is there wearing at 4 IWB. Grab that deal!

I did speak to jlaudio2 about a holster for the CW45 with CT. He said he does not have a mold for/access to a CW45. He said if he got one, I could send him the CT and he would make a holster.
