Good catch on the crack. Well worth the wait.

I haven't found a time that I could do this with mine. It's been on my side since the moment I bought it (other than when I'm sleeping but it's still been ready for use).

I would bet that those scratches are from the hole in the mag (where the mag catch/release is).

Some have softened the two edges that could catch on the hole with some fine sandpaper.

Don't rush off to the range without doing a through cleaning. These things seem like they are dunked in a vat of motor oil. If its not cleaned well, you will have failures!

Sand the two hard edges that could catch on the magazine catch hole

Personally a holster that isn't made for the gun that sorta works is a recipe for disaster.

With an unloaded (empty chamber and magazine out), lock the slide open, pull the trigger and see if anything moves. Also see if you can move anything with poking your finger into the ejection opening...

If it was mine, I would remove the slide and pull the trigger to see what is happening.

I wonder if the slide will come off if it has a dead trigger!

I figured that the catches will get better with more shots thru the gun. I didn't know if people had done anything to speed that up. I just not used to the feel because my M&Ps slides are smooth.

I need to try the O ring mod. I also like the feel with the 6 round mag but it would be nice to fill that gap.

My CM9 had that same "catch" in the slide. http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=21494 Mine would only stick in that open position if I walked the slide, not that I would walk the slide with ammo...

I think you need someone that shoots a PM9 or CM9 to shoot yours.

OR ship it to Kahr and have them evaluate it.

Funny thing is that the first grouping thru my gun was about a 3" circle.
I'm very happy with the way it shoots.
Some groupings get a little big, then I concentrate a little more and they come...
