    Welcome and nice 1911!

A Conceal Carry Handgun Must Meet a Minimum of Four Conditions:
    1) It must be utterly reliable.
    2) It should be compact enough to be carried concealed for long periods of time.
    3) It should have a very simple operating drill.
    4) It should fire a cartridge of sufficient power.

Yes have only one 1911(Springfield SS) see picture with the other 45 ACP (except PM9 for size comparison). I live Broward County in Ft. Lauderdale area, moved from Miami a couple of years, like it better .

$425 NIB...??? That is a smokin deal! Good job! I would scoff one at that price in a heartbeat! I have shot them (friend has one) and have been quite pleased with performance. I am not talking about the older ones made in NY. I am talking about the Worcester guns. I think the quality has gone up substantially since Kahr picked up AO. Anyone know what year that was?

    Just my 2 cents!

Just bought my 2nd AO 1911a1. First I got 5 years ago for about 450, sold it, missed it and picked up a replacement for 550 a few months ago. Reliable and accurate to me after 800 rounds.
