Default is there .40 cal 1911?

I am asking because if there is and there are magazines that are the same height I am thinking about trying to make a flush fit mag for my cw40 similar to the cw45 flush mags with colt officer mags.

Jeeze... I'd do the 10mm if you were gonna do 1911. Then with a barrel and magazine swap (and recoil spring) you got a .40

    or

just load down the 10's and swap the spring!~

My LGS has a Para double stack 1911 .40. Been on the shelf for a over a year. Was goona buy it. But the owner was low on cash and offered me his Kel Tec PF-9. I took it instead. But there is next month. You can also buy a new slide, barrel with mags and you got a 1911 double stack. 45 too.
