They're making the 20 story hotel to go with it too. It's suppose to complete in Jan. 2014. Not that they'll get any of my money but if I could figure out how to capitalize from the business I would.
Maybe it will cause some growth in the area and my property value will go up. If so I'm selling and buying a place in the woods (with it's own shooting range)
