I have two Kahr hand guns that I purchased new, I thought.

First is my P380. I bought this gun "new" from a small gun shop. Got home and about a week later I put around 100/125 rounds through it. it ran fine. I put another 100 rounds through it a couple weeks later. Then I noticed that the firing pin would not retract and stayed protruding out. So I took the slide completely apart to give it a thorough cleaning and found the extracting spring jacked up and bent. Also the polymer rails on one side is chewed up like someone had lots of trouble getting the slide on. The gun still ran fine, but seemed to be a trade in, or something(?).

So with that, here are the numbers:

Kahr P380 (KP3833) - Bought: 10/2015 - S/N: RD48xx

Second is my MK9 Elite03. I bought this gun new from another small shop. This gun was ordered from their distributor, so I feel confident of the time frame.

Kahr MK9 Elite 2003 (M9098NA) - Bought: 5/2017 - S/N: GC89xx
