Default Finally getting a Micro Eagle

Got rid of my P380 after nothing but trouble.

Finally found a local MDE. Brand new for $380, and I was more than impressed with the build quality. The trigger wasn't nearly as heavy as many people make it out to be, but I'm also a fan of DA triggers. It was certainly very smooth, and feels much nicer than my $325 Gray Guns trigger job on my HK P2000.

I also thought the grip was much better than I was expecting. Filled my hands nicely, with a secure two full fingers. I'll have to paint the sights to create more contrast, but at least they're big enough to use unlike a lot of pocket pistols. Still, you can't beat having a factory nickel-teflon finish for $380, too.

I'm very excited. I've got 1000 rounds of S&B FMJ sitting around to run through it and put the MDE through it's paces. Hopefully I've finally found a keeper for a pocket pistol.

We are looking forward to a positive range report and pictures. Don't forget the pictures.

Awesome. I love how it feels like it was made from one piece of metal. I love small, solid guns.

(Not to beat a dead horse, but... pictures!)

how much does it weight? I am guessing more than a airweight revolver?

edit: i see they are the same give or take a little.... Hope it treats you better than your p380... i am giving it another shot after the last few i've owned.
Focus on your front sight..... The rest should be blurry!

I think about getting a little mouse gun as well, and I've narrowed it down to this one and the P380. I'm also interested to hear your range report.
I've lost my memory, and I can't remember where I put it.

    +1
I keep thinking I need a mouse gun for some reason.
    Don't know why.
    My 11.1 oz S&W 342 ti 38 +P fills that role.

The Micro Eagle and a Seecamp keep bouncing through my mind.

Everyone needs a reliable mouse gun. I just can't get rid of my LCP because it fires every time. I can hit what I aim at with it too.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
