Welcome to the forum. I've got a P40 that was Mag-na-ported and it's still pretty stout... colorful flashes, too.

While I have a PM45, the P40 does make me feel well-armed. I even wore it to the beach Monday, rather than my usual P380... just in case of sharks... ya never know!

Be sure and check out the Kahr Take Down Video before doing anything drastic with the pistol. The slide lock spring is easily damaged and can cause all kinds of malfunctions. See my post if you haven't, yet, under Newcomers.

The CW is about the same size as the K9 and P models, which is just about perfect for a compact pistol size and feel. I just sent off a money order for the P9 that Lucky13 is selling. I just love the smooth triggers and anything else feels too stiff at the gun shows, especially the revolvers... just can't "pull the trigger" on a revolver.

Welcome to the forum. Where are you in Alabama?
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Right at the Florida line, huh. I haven't been but hear there is good hog hunting down your way. I'm north of Montgomery.

    Welcome to Kahrtalk.
