Mk grips won't fit the covert? On Crimson Trace website that the mk laser grips fit the covert.

Nice looking Covert!

When I purchased my black K40 there were two stainless K40 Coverts in the display case next to it. I didn't have enough cash on me at the time or one would now be in my posession.

That is an amazing looking gun. I wish they still made The coverts! I have never seen one before. Sharpetop, I would like to see a picture of your black K40 as well!
