. My PM9 has over 40,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border

No problem here.
Logged on this afternoon with no issues.
Since April 1, I have been seeing smilies in strange places. I had seen this once before several months ago. Look at these screen prints.
On every post, the Multi-Quote is replaced with Hat Tipper and the button to the right is replaced with Busy.
On the post edit window, the Hyperlink button is replaced with A/A and the list expand buttons are replaced with slider looking things.
All of these items perform correctly, even though they don't look right.
Very interesting...
Heh JFootin, when u see these strange smilies is this before or after u finish the bottle of Jim Beam:? Jusst asking.

I've gotten one redirect each time that I tried to logged on today. On the second attempt I've always gotten through.

I log on two or three times a day and have never had a problem.
Exact same thing here, too. It never happened before this week. I suspected it was caused by a link I accessed from this site, but I didn't know that for certain. Given that others have had the same problem, I'm quite confident that's how I got infected.
Anyway, there's an easy fix. I cleared cookies and the redirects stopped immediately.
I have always configured my browser (Firefox) to automatically clear cookies whenever I close the browser. But the offending site changed the configuration. Restoring my privacy settings resolved the problem.
I have since installed, updated, and run Malwarebytes. Full system scans are coming up clean. I also ran a scan in Safe Mode to be sure. I think I'm good to go.
