I'm not a fan of guns mounted to anything, other than my body.

When I have biked in large parking lots during last spring, I carried my Kahr CW 45 in thumb break holster. I wore a reflective vest which covered most of the holster.

Geez I thought this was you.

Thanks for the compliment. That guys looks pretty fit.

I'm much more practical when it comes to open carry.

Why would you carry a bicycle instead of riding it? Just a belt with a holster over trunks and a Tee shirt over it.

Exercise man! Don't you carry your bike for at least half the trip?

As a rule, no holster goes against my bare skin. I generally wear a reflective vest when riding a bike, even in a parking lot, that provides some degree of concealment, although it's not necessary here. Guns are popular, open carry legal, not frowned upon, gaining popularity. Much easier and faster to draw from open carry than it is from concealment, it just works better when riding a bike. Have to stop the bike first, that would slow things down enough already.

Only when I have a flat tire. The few times it has happened I have been 5-6 miles out.
