I put the Wolff 5-lb striker springs in all of my Kahrs, and a 1.75" bike tube grip cover on all of my polymer Kahrs. I have night sights on all of my Kahrs and put metal base plates... the black ones where available... on those that I could... 9mm and .40. I wish I could do that for my PM45.
I also made sure that the "stripper" part of the slide was beveled... very important on the .45's, and that the front receptacle on the slide for the recoil assembly had a "notch" if needed. The .380 doesn't seem to need the nothch, but I added one to my K9 because there was evidence of the recoil spring battering the un-notched area. This can affect timing and cause malfunctions as the barrel tilts during recoil.
The P40 I bought off the Marketplace was Mag-na-ported and I added the 4" ported barrel to my P9 because those were on sale at the time and I was trying to set the P9 up for my wife. She couldn't rack it, though.
P9 & PM9:
O-ring added to prevent bites on P40(especially) and the P9, because of the gap between the base and the grip.
P9 and PM9
P40 and PM9 with black magazine bases
Other than that, mine are pretty "stock".
