I see it as the first step to mandating unproven technology.

Are you supposed to sleep with the watch on? Does it allow your spouse to get a second $399 watch compatible with the same bedside gun?

$1399 for a .22LR seems pricey.

It needs to be politicized because it the wet dream of the liberal left. A gun too expensive for the average man to own. More government regulation less freedom. Another case of the government protecting you from yourself. Wake up.

This is just wrong on so many levels:

First of all I don't have any problem with the gun. If shooters want it...they will buy it. Let the market decide. I don't want one.

Second. The New Jersey law is just stupid. When are the citizens of NJ going to wake up and get rid of their goofy representatives? That's where the backlash needs to happen.

Lastly. Freedom is freedom and it goes both ways. The gun maker should be allowed to make it, the LGS should be allowed to sell it, and we should be allowed to buy something else.

Two thoughts on this:
This is pretty expensive technology. I think the state should subsidize the technology. (buy a smart gun, get a rebate!)

How long before the gun confiscators have some kind of scrambler/hijacking gear with them to disable your guns when they are knocking at your door (assuming they knock?
