Default Itch for a Guide Rod Laser

I'm wanting one for my bedroom gun. That means an M&P 9, Walther PPQ either the M2 9mm or the paddle mag .40SW or my FNH FNS-9.

Best I can tell, LaserMax doesn't make them for Walther or FNH. They did make one for the M&P but a production change seems to have made the kit obsolete. There are still some on Ebay or with online retailers.

Anyone know the story? My M&P is about two years old

    Any other manufacturers?

I've got a LaserMax guide rod laser for my Sig P220.
Really don't like the on/off switch.
And having a non OEM guide rod didn't work well for me either.
Recommend you pass on that design.
I'd look at Crimson Trace or some other option.

I had one in my Para 14.45 and did not care for it either; I also did not like the switch. Overpriced for what you get. I would not buy another one.

I bought my son one for his Glock 30 a few years back. He likes it, and it works fine, but I've got to agree that I don't like the on/off switch either. +1 on Crimson Trace. For a home defense / nightstand gun you might want to take a look at the new Rail Master Pro. It combines both the laser and light in one fairly small package for a rail mount.

I also have one on a Sig P220. I like it and have never had a problem with the switch, although it is a common complaint.
