Yep, a nice one! My brother likes to have a lot of his deer made into sausage at some place in Jackson, MS. They add a little pork fat, I think, so there IS some fat and it's pretty lean and great sausage. That's now my favorite sausage and I hope that he has some more when we visit over New Year's.
